“Superb pink”

The bank of a small river that runs beside the rice fields. Kawara Nadeshiko (also called Yamato Nadeshiko) was in bloom among the lush grass. It is a pink flower that has been familiar to people since ancient times. The flowers, which are now rarely seen, colored the green bank.  [JULY 2021]
